Digital Product License Agreement

Applies to all digital products sold under KAND TECH TEMPLATES.

1. Grant of license

Upon successful purchase, KAND TECH LLC grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased digital product for the purposes described below. Ownership of the intellectual property in the templates remains with KAND TECH LLC or its licensors.

2. Permitted uses

• Personal use and use in your own business
• Use in client work (e.g. delivering customized documents or designs to your clients)
• Editing, adapting and combining the template with your own content and branding
• Creating derivative works for the end uses above

3. Prohibited uses

• Reselling, redistributing or sharing the original template files (or substantially similar files) as a product or free download
• Claiming the original template design as your own product for sale
• Uploading the unmodified template to stock or template marketplaces
• Using the product in a way that infringes third-party rights

4. Business agreement templates

Templates labeled as service agreements, proposals or similar are general editable templates only. They do not constitute legal advice. You are responsible for ensuring any document you use complies with applicable law and is appropriate for your situation. Consult a qualified professional when needed.

5. Attribution

Attribution is not required when using customized outputs, but is appreciated where practical.

6. Termination

The license terminates if you materially breach these terms. Upon termination you must stop using the original template files for prohibited purposes.
