1. Nature of the goods

All products sold by KAND TECH TEMPLATES are digital goods delivered electronically. Once delivery has begun (download link or access provided), the product is considered delivered.

2. General position

Because digital products are delivered immediately and can be copied, refunds are limited. We do not offer refunds solely because you changed your mind after downloading, or because the product does not match a subjective preference after you have accessed it.

3. When we will help

Defective or incomplete files: If a file is corrupt, incomplete or does not match the product description in a material way, contact support. We will provide a corrected file or, if we cannot resolve it, a refund of the amount paid for that product.
Failed download / broken link: We will issue a new secure download link. Persistent technical failure on our side may lead to a refund.
Duplicate charges: Accidental duplicate payments will be refunded for the duplicate amount.

4. How to request

Contact us via the Contact page or support email with your order details, the product name and a clear description of the issue. We aim to respond within 1–2 business days.

5. Consumer rights

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit mandatory consumer rights under applicable law (for example, rights related to non-conformity of digital content). If mandatory law in your country requires a refund or other remedy in a given situation, that law prevails.
