All products are digital goods (downloadable files, template links or access credentials). No physical goods are shipped. Product descriptions, compatibility and included files are stated on each product page. Sample catalog items may be labeled as demo content until final files are supplied.
Prices are shown in United States Dollars (USD) and are inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes as indicated at checkout. Payment is processed by Stripe or another designated payment provider under the KAND TECH LLC merchant account. You authorize the charge for the selected products.
After successful payment, digital products are delivered by email and/or secure download link. Delivery is typically immediate or within a short period after payment confirmation. You are responsible for providing a valid email address and for safeguarding download links.
Purchase grants a license to use the digital product under the Digital Product License Agreement. Ownership of the underlying intellectual property remains with KAND TECH LLC or its licensors. Resale or redistribution of the original template files is prohibited.
Refunds for digital products are governed by the Refund Policy. Because digital goods are delivered immediately, the right to withdraw may be limited under applicable consumer law once delivery has begun with your consent.
